Return period

By law, consumers have 14 days to withdraw from a contract; however, at DamSen, we extend this period to 30 calendar days from the receipt of the shipment. You can return an item without giving a reason.

• The product must not show any signs of use
• The order number must be included with the return

Refunds

A refund will be issued within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the return and its positive verification.
